Refund and Return Policy

We have a 90 day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in new, unused condition. We accept returns for both defective and non defective products, as well as exchanges.

Returns are handled by mail. To start a return, contact us at shop@lightsideofficial.com and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
