Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Australia: 8 to 15 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to local courier networks, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Why does shipping take this long?
We work directly with our manufacturing and fulfillment partners to keep Lightside affordable without cutting corners on quality. That means your order ships from where it's made rather than sitting in a local warehouse marked up to cover storage costs. The trade off is a slightly longer wait, but it's how we keep prices fair while still delivering a genuinely plastic free product. We'd rather be upfront about the timeline than rush it and compromise on what you're getting.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat rate of A$6.95. Orders over A$80 ship free. Rates may vary during non promotional events.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays
